Pole Position

Pole Position is designed to replicate a Formula One Grand Prix.

From the outset, Pole Position Teams just like an actual Formula One team have to deal with a host of demanding challenges as they prepare to race, for example agreeing team structure - e.g. drivers, pit crew & team manager are critical for a team to perform successfully.

Some of the technical challenges require cars to be set up for the circuit conditions with the correct 'fuel' level and brake settings in place before the start of 'practice' - optimising the maximum speed and performance from each car is critical at this stage.

Qualifying will push each teams' ability to deliver against a competitive grid, only a coordinated team effort can guarantee success, then its final adjustments and even possibly personel changes before the lights go green for the Grand Prix!

Pole Position is totally original and utilises the very latest hi-tech Scalextric product presenting a very different approach to team building, delivering a powerful, compelling learning experience, the event is designed for a maximum of 12 people and can be hosted at any suitable venue throughout the UK or Europe.
