KitCars

KitCars is an interactive competitive team building challenge where groups design, create and build a 'Kit Car'. As it is portable, this challenge can take place anywhere in the world!

The challenge is for each group to build a ‘Kit Car’ from the same identical resource and is an ideal conference ice-breaker and a good team building exercise.

Time management is critical, groups must discuss and allocate roles with defined responsibilities within each team and also ensure the final plan is put into action and that it remains effective.

Throughout the challenge, each group must be constantly aware of their progress, overall direction and be prepared to make decisions and any last minute changes if necessary to succeed.

Together with building their KitCars, each group is directed to create their own unique ‘brand’ portraying their values and positive messages.

Each of their race vehicles must carry the team ‘brand’ and for the ‘pre race’ judging period, teams must display their brand and present their message to the judges and other teams.    

Once this element has been completed, the vehicles are presented at 'Parc Ferme' for final safety inspection and evaluation, then its onto the starting grid waiting for the flag to drop.
