Formula One Pitstop......The AT&T Williams PitStop Challenge is specifically designed for team building, motivation, leadership training and people development.
It is the only activity and experience in the market place endorsed by a Formula One Team, its a real test of skill, teamwork and adrenaline pumping teamwork with Williams Race Cars and equipment as used by the AT&T Williams Team at Grand Prix's around the world.
The AT&T Williams PitStop Challenge is unique....creating all the excitement, action and pressure of an actual Formula One Pit Stop.
Team Building and Management Training
It's only when you participate that real learning occurs, individuals within teams have to organise and enact their plans to meet extremely tight targets. Whilst highly challenging, it is a galvanising experience with many learning points and also immense fun for the participants as they get to grips with airguns, wheels, jacks and a real Formula One car.
The PitStop Challenge can be held at venues throughout the UK, Europe, the rest of the world and The RBS WilliamsF1 Conference Centre located at the team’s headquarters in Grove, Oxfordshire.
